Company Administration & Oversight
This investment company uses an independent accountancy company that audits and ensures that all taxes and IVA payments due to the tax authorities are paid promptly and on schedule.
The administration of the company is carried out by the four partners. Two partners are designated to sign all new lease contracts or rent changes, with confirmation and agreement from the remaining two partners, ensuring clarity at all times.
Lease Structure & Additional Income Clauses
All tenants, when first starting their tenure, receive a five plus five lease agreement, with rent increases tied to the rate of inflation during this period.
At the end of the first five years, the company reserves the right to increase the rent by 10 percent.

If any tenant decides to sell their lease during the agreement:
