Allayne & Peter first contacted us through the Bar in the Sun website about 6 months ago, enquiring about bars that they had seen on the website and were interested in seeing. After many discussions on the telephone and in the office and a couple of inspection visits in which we had arranged to pick her up and take her to the accommodation provided by us at no extra expense, she decided on the above named bar as the one for her. Allayne & Peter then had to return to the U.K. to finalise arrangements at her end in order to move out here permanently. We were asked to acquire some accommodation for them and their family in Mijas where their daughter was registered for school there. Apartments for rent in Spain made many trips to Mijas to find the perfect accommodation so that their daughter could walk to school. We found it and telephoned details of the accommodation to them. This eventually turned out to be very satisfactory. We arranged for the removal van to meet us in Mijas and helped unpack boxes in the apartment for them as it arrived before they did. We also placed a welcome pack in the apartment as they were arriving late at night. We picked them and their family up and took them to Mijas and settled them in to their new abode. The purchase of the bar went smoothly and without a hitch. Allayne & Peter have been in the bar now a couple of months and are enjoying regular trade from locals as well as tourists during the week and at weekends. They employ 2 staff who work on a shift rota which works well. Their daughter has settled into Spanish life easily and enjoys school We wish them every success in their new venture.
