Martin and Jana came into the offices of Bar in the Sun and requested to see a certain bar that they had seen and were interested in. Bar in the Sun promptly dealt with it and showed them the bar in question. It then became apparent as negotiations were proceeding that there was a problem with the lease on the bar and we advised the not go ahead with the purchase. Disappointed and deflated, Bar in the Sun took them to see another bar that was possibly in his price range. After much discussion with the previous tenants the deal was struck and the purchase was to take place in 30 days time. In the meantime Jana had to return to Czechoslovakia to say her goodbyes and tie up any loose ends back home. When she returned our apartment rental division (apartments for rent in Spain) managed to find them accommodation within driving distance to their bar. Once the Bar purchase was completed, we put them in touch with the suppliers etc… The Bar is a resounding success as the couple are warm and friendly and happy to see many a new face walk in the door. Martin started a pool competition on a Sunday evening and it has taken off and has become very popular with the locals. We wish them every success.
