Phil and Jackie arrived in our office in Las Rampas on a sunny Monday in January. They’ve been living here in Spain and knew exactly what they were looking for. They had seen a couple of Bars on our website and would like to view them. After seeing all the bars that they’d requested to see we left them for a spot of lunch and a chat, they came back to the office to put an offer in on the Bar above. Bar in the Sun negotiated it for them and the offer was accepted the same afternoon. The purchase of the bar went smoothly and was bought signed and sealed in no time at all. We then went on to help them with finding the right suppliers, electricians, decorators and generally giving a helping hand when needed. We attended the opening night which was a huge success and was reported on in HI magazine. The success has continued and our ongoing help is always available. There is always a warm welcome and is a pleasure to visit at any time. The décor is superb and attention to detail is outstanding. Well done and congratulations from all at Bar in the Sun.
