Frank came to see us in our offices with the view to buying a bar. He was very unsure of what area he wanted and was open to suggestions. We spend a long time with Frank and showed him lots of bars in different areas. Frank went away for a few days to see some friends and also returned to the U K for a little while. He returned to us and again we were out looking with him. Franks parents were also with him and came to have a look as well. Frank eventually found what he was looking for on the main Fuengirola Paseo. The whole process was very simple from start to completion and very soon Frank was in his new bar. With all this happening a one bedroom apartment was found within walking distance of his bar and he moved in the same day .Frank has the best of both worlds now ….a bar on the main Paseo and an apartment overlooking the sea. You are assured a warm welcome from Frank and his excellent cook in Little England formerly Lady Blue. We at Bar in The Sun wish Frank all the success in the world.
