Allan and George contacted Bar in the Sun and asked us what bars we had that needed a reform or work doing to it at a reasonable price. They knew exactly what they wanted as they had recently sold a beachside bar in Benalmadena Port. They wanted a challenge and were looking to buy a bar to do up and sell again as they enjoy the reform side of things .We found them a bar in a busy area of Benalmadena that was just what they were looking for. Dates were set for completion and everything was going to plan. We at Bar in The Sun always try to use local solicitors so that no one has to travel too far and we use them all the time as they are very good. Unbeknown to us the freeholder of the bar resides in Rhonda and is very elderly and also unable to travel too far….. One of our team ended up having to drive all the way up to Rhonda in the middle of the day in the middle of August …How hot you think he was ha. Well aside of all that the completion took place and what was formerly The Red Dragon soon began to take shape as The Jungle Bar in Benalmadena. A lot of hard work and effort went into the change of the bar but we can honestly say what a transformation. We at Bar in the Sun wish Allan and George all the success for the future whatever their plans may be.
