Ray and Sue came to see us at our office for an apartment originally and were very unsure of how the whole system worked. Whilst chatting to them Sue informed me they were also looking for a bar to run. They had accommodation at that present time and we were more concerned with finding them a suitable bar Ray and Sue came to see us at our office for an apartment originally and were very unsure of how the whole system worked. They had accommodation at that present time and we were more concerned with finding them a suitable bar in the area they wanted then we could sort out accommodation with them. We spent a day with them and were on our way back to the office when we had a call that one of the bars had dramatically dropped its price and it was worth showing to Sue and Ray. They agreed and we went back into Benalmadena with them. This was proving to be a long day.....As soon as they walked into The Cavern they knew this was the one for them. The completion was very easy and with their son helping them they were soon in The Cavern trying out the Karaoke system. It was hard for them finding their feet and when their daughter informed them she was on her way over to Spain lock, stock and barrel Sue was over the moon. We at Bar in The Sun were with them all the way and have enjoyed a few nights with them singing away and savouring the atmosphere of this great Karaoke bar ....The Caven. An apartment was found for them via other agent we sometimes work alongside with in Benalmadena and it’s within walking distance to their Barr in the area they wanted then we could sort out accommodation with them.
