After months of emails and telephone conversations Rob and his wife Margaret arrived in Spain. They met us at our office and informed us that they had been out and about with other agents but still had not found what they were looking for and could we help them to live their dream. After viewing a few bars with us and enjoying a few pints in the Spanish sunshine a good relationship was formed with Rob and Margaret . They of course found the bar they wanted through us and the purchase was stress free. A slight re form was required on the bar and we advised them and helped them get the contractors they needed. Before you knew it J R’s was up and running. It is a very successful bar cafe that has become well known in Fuengirola Port for the warm welcome you always receive from Rob, Margaret and Amanda their daughter. Accommodation was also required for them along with their small granddaughter. That was not a problem but then they told me about Kevin.... the dog. A suitable apartment was of course found and all of them are settled here in Spain enjoying the lifestyle.
