This bar has only just been added to our portfolio we are even wondering if it is worth the effort putting on the description and photos, we just know it will go quickly, but anyway its our job and we can only hope one of our clients gets it first.
The current owners of this bar came down from Alicante where they previously owned and run a large sports bar, there intentions were to buy something half the size and not to get involved in the food side of the business, unfortunately you can not change the spots on a leopard, they have just called us back and decided they want a large bar with food, Hmmm ( Must love the punishment ) so without further ado, we have to find them a new bar and sell this one for them, I am not complaining, as this gives us the opportunity to offer this excellent and not bad size bar for sale at a bargain price.
The inside of the premises are light, bright, and quite spacious it has only just recently been totally redecorated and offers an inviting atmosphere, it has a long L shaped bar with ample room for working, there is a good display of spirits and local / international beers, there are 2 dartboards, a pool table and 2 plasma televisions, there is seating for around 24 which does not include standing room.
The bar has a good local trade and has teams in both the darts league and the pool league, both the leagues are run from the bar and play there competitions from the bar.
Leading from the bar area through an archway is a good size kitchen which is fully equipped but hardly ever been used and never used by the current landlords so lots of room for scope here if new owners have a flair for a bit of home cooking.
Due to the size of this bar and the kitchen it has at its disposal it does not need to be run as a sports type bar it could actually be quite a quaint bistro style bar or anything that one wants really, lots of scope and potential are to be had with this one.
